The more you shop, the more you earn, with Catsgear!
OVERVIEW:
Every qualifying purchase made in-store, over the phone or online at catsgear.com.au now earns Catsgear Rewards Points. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once your rewards balance reaches 200 points, these can then be redeemed against your next purchase! The rate of redemption is $0.10 per 1 point, so every 200 points means $20 off you next shop!
VALID PURCHASES:
Purchases must be made with an individual Catsgear account (excludes company or corporate accounts) either in-store (including game days at RAC Arena), over the phone or online at catsgear.com.au. 1 point for every $1 spent will be accrued for all purchases made with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal. Any value within the order paid with a gift voucher or promotional voucher will not earn points for the account. Please note, points cannot be added to an account retrospectively; the account must be used at the time of purchase to accrue points.
HOW TO REDEEM:
Every valid purchase will earn 1 point per $1 spent. Once there is a minimum of 200 points on your account, you can start redeeming these for money off your next purchase. Redemption of rewards points can only be done in-store (or at RAC Arena on game day) or over the phone. Unfortunately points are unable to be redeemed online. Catsgear Rewards Points cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
RETURNS:
If you have returned an item that earned points on the original transaction, or exchanged an item for one of lesser value, the points earned from these products will be deducted from the available points balance on your account. In some instances, this may bring your available points balance to under 200, meaning you will no longer be able to redeem points for money off your shop until your points balance returns above 200.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Earning Catsgear Rewards Points is completely free! By creating an online account with catsgear.com.au you will automatically start earning points with your first purchase. Likewise, if you sign up as a member of the Perth Wildcats, you will automatically have a Catsgear account created in your name. If you are not a member and would like to start earning points in-store or over the phone, we will simply need your name and email address to get started!
HOW DO I KNOW MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your points balance will be shown under your account details on your Catsgear tax receipt. This is normally received via email from the 'Catsgear Team Store' if purchased online, or can be printed for you if making a purchase at our Team Store in Floreat. Alternatively, give our Team Store a call during business hours on (08) 6272 0777 and we can confirm your rewards points balance over the phone.
WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
No! Your points will be available for the duration of your account with Catsgear.
DO YOU KEEP MY DETAILS?
We collect your details for the purpose of facilitating our Catsgear Rewards Program. By joining, you agree to us contacting you via email or SMS with marketing information and information about rewards, other products or special offers. Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
