Shipping Information

When you complete an online order with Catsgear, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice details. Please keep this as your proof of purchase, should you want to return or exchange your items. You will also receive a second receipt from either eWAY or Paypal, depending on your method of payment.

ORDERS WITH SHIPPING:

Catsgear currently uses Australia Post's eParcel service. Via Australia Post, there are two options available to customers during checkout - 'Standard Shipping' and 'Express Shipping.'

Standard shipping has a delivery ETA of 5-10 business days. Please note, this is an estimate only, and shipping times may differ due to unforeseen delays within the Australia Post network.

Express shipping has a delivery ETA of 2-5 business days. Please note, this is an estimate only, and  shipping times may differ to regional areas, or due to unforeseen delays within the Australia Post network.

All orders with a value of $150 or more, qualify for free standard shipping. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please ensure this option is selected during the checkout process.

Please note, some items such as personalisation require additional manufacturing time, and will be sent as soon as available. Items such as these will have additional details listed on their relevant product pages throughout catsgear.com.au.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID, and details on how to trace your order. Please allow up to 12 hours (after shipping email is received) for your parcel to register this tracking ID against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.

If you give permission for your parcel to be delivered without a signature, please include this in your order notes during the checkout process. If an attempt to deliver your parcel is made where no one is at the nominated address, a card may be left stating that your parcel will be available for pick-up at your local post office. To collect your parcel, simple take the card, proof of ID (with signature), and proof of address to the Post Office listed on your card.

ORDERS WITH CLICK AND COLLECT:

If you would prefer to use our free 'click and collect' method of delivery, please ensure this is chosen during the checkout process. Once your order has been processed internally, you will receive a separate email saying your order is now available for collection from our Team Store. Please note, this usually takes 1-2 business days, and can be longer during our sale/busy periods. Please ensure when collecting your order, that you bring your photo ID with you.

All click and collect orders can be collected from the Catsgear Team Store, located at the Bendat Basketball Centre (201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat, 6014).

During the NBL season (approximately October to March), we provide the options to collect your order from RAC Arena on a Perth Wildcats game day. To do so, please select this separate shipping option during the checkout process. Please note, orders placed within 48 hours of a Wildcats home game may not be available for collection until the following game day.
