Returns and Exchanges

Catsgear have a genuine commitment to our members & fans and we will always endeavour to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences within our stores. 

We understand that repairs, exchanges and refunds maybe required. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you simply change your mind, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, providing the following is met:

  •  Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied,
  •  Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with all original tags still attached,
  •  Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or different from the description listed.

When choosing to return an item, please also note the following conditions;

  • Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Catsgear before any exchange can be actioned.
  • Catsgear cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post.
  • Perth Wildcats Management reserve the right to refuse a refund in accordance with this policy.
  • No refunds for change of mind will be given for any personalised item, not limited to, but including jerseys, sleeved jerseys and duffle bags.
  • Clearance items are not exchangeable, and all sales on these items are final.
If purchasing an item of team and/or player-issued apparel:
  • One or more names, numbers or sponsor logos may be heat pressed onto the garment.
  • Some logos that appeared on the final garment for that season may be missing.
  • Item may have been tried on and/or worn by a player or coach.
  • As items were team-issued and in some cases ordered for specific players, not all sizes are available in all styles.
  • Items are sold in an as-is condition, and may not come with tags or packaging.
  • All sales on team and player-issued apparel are final, and these items are not available for exchange.

Returning your goods for a refund or exchange can be done via the following;

  • In person at the Catsgear Team Store.
  • Via post. Please ensure a copy of our 'Return and Exchanges' form is filled out in full (available here) and send to the attention of Catsgear: 201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat, 6014, Western Australia.

If choosing to send your goods back for an exchange or refund, please note that this is at the cost of the original customer where items are a change of mind. Exchanges or refunds due to a faulty product will be assessed by a Catsgear Team Member prior to return postage being refunded.
